Once your Mac is loaded up, see if your USB-C ports are functioning. Press the power button again to turn on your Mac. Check if the keyboard is working, if not, then move to the next method. Wait for 30 seconds or so and Power On your laptop. First, Power off your Macbook Pro and then disconnect any devices that are connected to it.
